I can't figure this out

I just finished installing ZenCart on my system and when I try to click the "click here to open the Admin area" I get this page saying "Sorry, Forbidden.
You don't have permission to access this URL on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

also when I click "click here to go to the store"

I'm sent to my phpmyadmin control panel.

Can someone help me out?

hum sound like a wierd error, did you install correct with the correct file permission on the server etc 777 or 444

id try by downloading a frest version of zen from the download section 1.3.7.1 and do a fresh install, only takes 5 mins,
