Need help on a few small things please

We have a website that has been running for a while now and i just need a little guidance to iron out a few niggles we have with it - i really hope some one can help.

1/ In which file are the Metatags that resides in the header located?

2/ In the Footer we have a copyright message (which is in our name) and a link to the designers of the site which we would like to remove, as we have no affiliation with them at any longer - which file would this text be in please? In case it helps this text appears directly below where the IP address is shown

We are using the following versions
Zen Cart 1.3.7
Database Patch Level: 1.3.7

1. Try includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/meta_tags.php (not 100% sure on this one)
2. Try includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE/english.php

Sorry, i forgot something

number 3/ we have a redirect that is causing problems with search engines

It keeps adding "/shop" or "/shop/" to the address - Any idea how i can stop this Please?

Is Zen Cart installed in its own folder or in the root?

I never set up the initial installation - but the Path is as follows

Public_html/shop/includes.....etc.

Zen Cart was installed in its own folder (shop). You'd have to move it to the root (public_html) to get rid of the /shop from the url.
