Localhost to Server not recognizing templates

I'm migrating my zen cart from one hosting company to my localhost and then to the new server and I have my config files all set up but I'm having trouble with my templates. For some reason it is not recognizing my templates or any of them for that matter other than the default one. I go to the back end admin section and the templates don't show up.

Plus the images in the admin section are not showing up even though they are all there in the images directory. Except for the silver buttons, but nothing else shows up.

Anyone have any issues with this before?

The templates appear to be in the wrong directory.

Actually the templates were in the right directory. What happened is that the FTP program I was using didn't completely upload the files and I had one too many slashes in the url for the configuration file.
