Before you look at any files, look at Admin->Catalog->Product Types->Edit Layout to see if the change you want is available from admin. Also look at Admin->Configuration->Product Info.

If you don't see what you want, you will need to create a custom template (see FAQ) and edit the file tpl_product_info_display.php.
