Attribute confusion - How to add to ALL products

I would like to add an attribute to ALL of my products on the website. I.E, Gift Wrapping - $20 will be the same for everything across the board.

I read the tutorial on attributes on ZenCart website, however, it only seems to show how to add attributes to 1 product at a time... there's no way I would have time to do this. Is there any way to select a whole category? or even multiple products at once? That would be perfect.

I tried: Catalog -> Option Name Manager -> Add All Option Value to All Produc...

This does not work, I get an error:
WARNING: No Products found ... Nothing was updated

I have products, not sure what's going on here. :yuck:

add the atribute to 1 item in you store, then use the copy atribute tool in atribute control and just copy to all items
