Box around add to cart and quantity...remove?

I have searched until my eyes are crossing and head hurts and I just can't seem to find the correct answer. I want to remove the box that encloses the quantity box and add to cart button. I have tried several suggestions that I have found, but none work. I am using 1.3.8. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is a local copy, so I don't know if this link will work. Here is a screen shot just to clarify what I am talking about.
