Urgent Help Easy Populate - uploads dir not found

I have an easy populate error that says uploads directory not found. can someone help?

Taken from the install.txt file

  1. Go to Admin -> Configuration -> Easy Populate, and configure the upload directory if you have changed it from default. Also, ensure that the correct date format is set for your upload files.
