Possible to send auto follow up email x days after order?

I would like to be able to send an email to a customer say, 5 days after they place their order so that I can ask them what they thought and if they might take 1 min to send back their thoughts about the order, the product etc.

Could be a good way to get testimonials and to make the site a bit more personal to the users.

Anywho, if there is anything or anyway to do this it would be great to know :)

You'd have to write custom logic and have access to a scheduler like cron to do this, but you could certainly do it.

Same problem for me, looking for solution to send follow up emails after some days of order made, if anybody is able to solve this, can you share with us... thanks mate
