Checkout items display "Array" at end of each item

This is a site that I've taken over from another programmer - https://www.providencecoffee.com - when you get to the check out screen after selecting a payment choice, the items in your cart are displayed, but the word "Array" shows up at the end of each item. I've searched via the tool kit - but am not having any luck.

Suggestions?

Nevermind, I didn't go in far enough.

Zencart version?
Which mods installed? (related to checkout and payment)
If you switch back to the default template, does this still happen?

I went through the whole checkout process and didn't see any arrays, using firefox.

I would like to see the options field above the add to cart qty field, so that I know that I need to choose ground or whole bean before I try to add to cart.

Reason being is that the page refreshes and shows the error but it took me a couple of times before I realized that I needed to scroll further down to find the options.

I just tried it to the shopping cart level in ie 6 and didn't see any problems there either.

This was a bug that was in v1.3.0 but fixed in later versions. The file that is causing the problem is tpl_checkout_confirmation_default.php which is normally in \includes\templates\template_default\templates. Chances are that the file was modified at some point during the past and there is an override version in \includes\templates\YOUR_TEMPLATE\templates (were YOUR_TEMPLATE is the name of your custom template). The override version was probably missed during the upgrade from v1.3.0 so still has the bug in it.

Check that the version in \includes\templates\template_default\templates is the same as the file in the distribution that you are using (v1.3.7 or whatever) and then switch back to using it by removing the version in your override directory (but keep a copy of it). Test that fixes the problem.

If all is well then copy tpl_checkout_confirmation_default.php back to your override directory from template_default and make any changes necessary to fit how you want it to look.

I will look into that - thanks. Unfortunately, I didn't design this store - I inherited the maintenance from another programmer, so I'm trying to figure how he set things up.

I have the same problem. How I remove the word "Array" from there?

What is the version history of your site?
What Zen Cart version is it running now?
What versions has it been upgraded through?
(see Admin->Tools->Server Info)
What template are you using? What version of Zen Cart was it designed for?
What addons/contributions do you have installed?
