when testing other templates, does primary template settings stand?

Hi.

I'm affraid to try to change to different templates to see what I like of it since i'm not sure if the settings on the template i'm using now, if they will stand or will I have to try and configure everything again?

Im not sure how it works, but all smatt details as price text size, layout, layoutboxes etc etc. Will all this be the same?

please let me know, need to test some things but can't afford to loose all my settings on stuff.

Well, anything you adjusted in your custom stylesheet stays with that template. Admin settings (except the sideboxes) will be transferred from one template to another.

Most any changes made in the Admin section are saved in your database. This way, doesn't matter what Theme is used, all settings are still used.

It can get a bit confusing though, when going from the default Theme (width of 770px) to a Theme using full screen width or a different size width. Things will look different but your previous settings done through the Admin section will still be the same.
