Want to add Live Chat Help to header, is this possible?
Hi there,
I want to offer my customers the chance to speak live to me if they have any questions about my products. I have got a live chat application from Volusion, and at the moment have added the script to my main page. However I would like the chat button to be visible to customers whatever page they are browsing, so I thought the header would be the best place for it. Is this possible to do, at the moment I have a logo and tagline there, and would ideally like to add the chat button to the other side (logo, tagline, chat). Is there a way to do this, I tried just adding the script to the header.php but with no success (I am still learning all this:wacko:)
If anyone could advise me I would be most grateful, and if it can't be put in the header, is there a way to add it to one of the side boxes.
Sorry if I am asking for the impossible...or just extremely complicated. Also I apologise if this question has already been answered elsewhere, I did do some searching, but with no luck.
