Login Issue - HELP!

I've got a Zen Cart installation i've been working on for a year and suddenly I can't get past the login screen. I keep logging in and it reloads the login page every time. i've sent a new password 3 times and reset the cache, restarted, the whole she-bang.

I did do a test install of magento e-commerce last week - although this shouldn't have affected any files in my zencart directory.

the store still works: https://www.musiciansbest.com/store, but the login (store/admin) does not - any ideas?

any chance that your host has upgraded to new version of MySql ( i mean to 5) also would be helpful if u post which version of zen-cart ur using

i just talked with my host and they DID upgrade my server to PHP 5 within the last few weeks. They also said I have MYSQL Version 5, but did not know if I was already on version 5 or if that upgrade took place recently as well.

Also, I'm not sure what version of Zen I'm using currently since i can't get into the admin area. (1.3.5?)

Can anyone point me to some information i would need to gain back access to my admin area?

there are two options that you can try if they didnt work then will try another approach
