Help please, weird thing is happening (shipping)

Hey guys,

Something weird is happening to my store. I am running the final test before its published but get this: When I try the shipping calculator, it shows the weight of the product as being 3 pounds more than the actual weight, and that goes for all the products. like this:

Product is 4 pounds, and the calculator reads 7 pounds...but it happens to all, I tried refreshing everything and deleting my cookies to see if I might have had some other item in there, but nope, still like that. Do you guys think you know what it could be? maybe point me in the direction of how to fix it?...thnx, appreciate any help.

haha, im so glad you're cool enough to answer that question. Now this tutorial is not clear enough to me...maybe I need some sleep :shocking: ..but anyways, so is this necessary, or can I just make it so that it calculates the shipping for the item weight and thats it...?

If you don't want Zen Cart to calculate any tare for your products, just set it to 0:0
