Help!! FedEx module not show when buyer in Canada

Hi all,

Just install FedEx Ground and Express module, and both are working well if the buyer is within US. (I am still using v1.3.7) However, none of them are showing as the shipping option if buyer is in Canada. :frusty: What I need to do set to make it show for international shipping?
