how to display shipping rates in total

hi all,

how do i get the cart to display the shipping rates under sub-total for a grand total (including the shipping) instead of just showing the sub-total and having an estimate shipping button???

in other words i want to eliminate the estimate shipping button and just show the shipping in the calculations..

thanks.
