Can Customers Add an Item to a Bi-weekly Order?

Hi: If we have a consistent bi-weekly order set up for a customer. Can they go in and "Add" and extra item to their normal bi-weekly order? If so, how would I set this up for my customers? Here's our bi-weekly page...
