Is this a database issue? Additional image-handler images not showing

Hi everyone,

Today I optimized my database and have noticed something strange that happened afterwards. On the product info page where there "were" multiple images, only the main image remains. Could optimizing the database do this?

If you go into image handler admin you can see the other images, but they don't show on the product info page (makes no sense to me... )

I doubt it has anything to do with optimizing your database tables.
Have you tried clearing your image-handler cache, from its admin menu?
Do all of your products have extra images, or just some?

I just tried clearing the cache but the outcome is still the same. And only a few of the products have images.

Can you give a link to one that's supposed to have several images?

Here's a link to one of them. It should have one more picture show up. Right now it's only showing one.

You don't happen to have the Show Additional Images option turned off in the admin do you? I think it's under the catalog menu in the product types area ... yes, click Edit Layout.

Sorry it took me a few minutes to get back to you... had to find where you were talking about. And no, I don't have it turned off. It is set to "true" for showing images... Have another thing I want to show you but I will have to understand how to upload an image (never did that before).

Sorry for the picture being so big but I could not get it plain in a smaller size. This is a snapshot of what I see when I select ImageHandler2 under tools and admin. It shows "Ad Manager" as a title but it's really Image Handler.

Did you ever fix this problem? I'm having it as well.

The images show up on my IH2 but NOTHING shows up on the product page. I have no idea what's wrong!

I am having this problem also. Can someone please give me some direction. It is doing my freakin head in! :(

Just ran into this issue tonight.

Like others i would like an answer as i have tried a lot of things but only one additional image is showing up when the image handler admin section shows two.

So at the moment i have one main image and one additional image but should have two additional images.

Was a fix found for this ?

This problem is not there in my other store.

I assume an addon may be the cause but don't know which one.

Ok well i must have done something wrong somewhere or added a module which overwrote image handlers add additional images.

To fix the issue i did this.

I used my ftp program and put the main_product_image.php and the additional_images.php file back into yourstore/includes/modules.

Additional images now show up.

Hope this helps someone.
