Tax not calculating Correctly
I am using 1.3.8
I had a product set up as a test with sales tax of 8.625%
This is what came up in the cart:
Sub-Total: $7.00
New York City Sales Tax: $0.60
Free Shipping: $0.00
Gift Certificates: -$0.85
Total: $12.90
The tax is only 60 cents, but the order comes out to 12.90. I thought
the problem might have been in the gift certificate, but I went back
removed it, and the problem still exists.
Please advise
