Help with notifications and pay pal

It used to work fine but now I do not get email new order confirmations or do I get the orders listed from paypal, I get the money fine but no details. Also the orders total on zen cart is stuck way back when and there are no new orders listed. I get under new customers though. My server installed a SSl certificate for me awhile back also. Any help please???? I did the steps from the form on setting up the paypal and still no luck. Help!

What version of Zen Cart?
What version of PHP?
What addons/contributions have you installed?

Perhaps something's amuck with the SSL setup.

Zen Cart 1.3.6

I find myself in a position where I need a Host Server. Could anyone tell me of a good one that also has Zen Cart support and is a reasonable cost. I would like it in Canada as I am in Canada. Thank you
