Manually enter email addresses?

I want to send an email out to all my customers. I have a list of their email addresses in Microsoft Word.

How can I manually enter these email addresses into my admin area so I can send them all an email?

Zen Cart doesn't currently give you the opportunity to just mass-upload a bunch of email addresses. It only handles emailing to existing customers in the store database.

I suggest another offline tool, such as mentioned in this thread:
