My Euro symbol is gone !

Since I set the new template I lost the "€" what could be the reason ?
My seconf question is where to set the font encoding for the home page?

Yes, I fixed it, I just changed the encoding from Western European to Arabic windows and I got the € back to stage :bigups: , No sense ! I know that but believe me that's what I did.
