"Tell a Friend" text under sideboxes?

How can I correct the "Tell a Friend" feature to display like the "Contact Us" form? The Contact Us "form" is centered between the left and right side boxes.

The Tell a Friend "form" however begins after the left sideboxes and continues under the right sideboxes.

Thanks Dannie

Thank you so much, I appreciate your help. I changed the...
includes/templates/your_custom_template/css/stylesheet.css.

To this...

TEXTAREA {
margin: auto;
display: block;
width: 95%;
}

Now everything is ligned up perfectly.

Thanks again
