Need some help about the look of the site

Got the store up and working. I want to change the layout to match this style that is attached. Is it possible or is there already a template I could use.

Anything is possible, and a simple clean layout like that should not be too difficult. You will have to define more about the desired behavior before you can get the best direction for modification.

For starters, is this your old site, or just one you like the look of?

The base Zen Cart /template_default/ is probably the best place to start for this, as any other template would first require eliminating a bunch of features/formatting.
