can't enter admin

I wiped over the old version when loading the new 138a version, as I did not have anything that I wanted to keep.

But now it will not open my admin page

The last version loaded easy, which was also my first step into using shopping carts as I am new to this but thought the new update may have security stuff so switched now before I start rather than later.

Makesure that you have admin/includes/configure.php configured properly. What exactly is the page doing?

Sorted it with a clean install not sure what it was but thanks in anyway. Now I just need to find a map to work out what it all does and what I can adjust.
