Add handling fee for WA, OR, and CA.

Ajeh - I went ahead and used the example to create a zone containing the states with no handling fee and then again for those three I do want the handling fee. Now should I disable freeshipper and use the other free shipping module or would it be better to use the ZoneTable method?

I needed a Canada-only zone with all provinces. I created the following snippet using the US one posted by Ajeh as an example. I have tested it with a few Provinces/postal codes, and it all appears to be working correctly, however you might wish to test it more extensively if you do use it on your website. Hopefully someone will find it useful.

Thanks, using this SQL will create a zone definition for the 48 lower states + DC, however i do not have the states in my zones at all, is there a SQL patch to add all states as zones ?

I'm able to export, tables have zen_ prefix, i added it got this error:
#1062 - Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

Maybe seeing your table:
zen_zones

from a Zip of an export of the data would be of help, as I do not know how you have your data set up now that you are not using the default data ...

You appear to already have all the Zones for the US in your Zones table ...

If you are trying to run one of the SQLs posted to help you build a Zone Definition, try running it in the Tools ... Install SQL Patches ... as that will adjust the SQL for your prefixes ...

Before running any of them, check to see what your existing Zone Definitions are using for the zone_id by going to the Localization/Taxes ... Zone Definitions ... and click on the blue triangle under Action and look in the URL for the:
zID=XX

and make sure none of them are using the same value that you see such as what is highlighted in RED:
