template questions

I have been reading through the wiki checklist thing, do you start that before or after you start your new template or does it not matter?

Also wondering on the test site you can use when setting up with products loaded it is using the small image and the main description is on a new page. How hard would it be if I wanted the text and image on the same page for most of the items, as they are single items?

Would it also be possible to have it like above and then have one page as the example site opening up to a new page for one page worth of multiple items?

Sorry, but your questions aren't very clear. Could you rephrase with more detail to help us to understand what you would like to achieve.

If you are going to use to your own Template then you should create it first and then work only with that dir. / files. Will save on confusion down the road.

small image is shown on Catagory pages
medium image is shown on Product pages
large image is shown when link for 'larger image' is used
