Paypal and CURL
Dreamhost's default PHP installation does not allow using file read
(fopen/fread/fclose) with URLs, this is a security feature in our global
PHP configuration.
This makes it so the palpal ipn module does not work. See my ipncheck here:

Does that make sense? Thats what they are telling me.
Their solution was to install custom php on my account (which I have no idea how to do) or use CURL.
How would I use CURL?
I really need to get paypal ipn working, and with no communication to.from paypal, customers are not getting emails and its not showing in my admin
