USPS Express probs

I tried having express shipping via usps as an option but every time i have it available that's the only shipping it will allow.:huh:

Now: I uninstalled the old USPS module, installed the new one, checked configurations in shop admin, and - the estimator and cart show no USPS options at all. What did I miss configuring? I must have overlooked something ridiculously simple.

In the admin, did you click "Remove" and then click "Install"? (write down your current settings and account number first)
