Install to network solutions.com v1.3.8a

Hello.
I am trying to move my site to networksolutions.com and tried to install V1.3.8a to standard hosting package.
But getting fail many times.

The setup went thru with no error but after done, looks like zencart unable to write to configure.php file somehow.

Address shown "http://www.superhaircare.com/zc_install/index.php?main_page=config_checkup&action=write" and takes forever.

I checked file permision to both of configure.php file OK.
Anyone has idea please?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news ... but if you plan to use SSL on your store, to protect customer data, you don't want to use that particular hosting company.

For more information on the headaches you will encounter, please just do a search of the forum for netsol or network solutions.

I might have to decide to stay or not at networksolutions today.
I alredy read couple of article about this hosting company.
My site was on bluehost.com but too much down time and they taks too long time to recover.
So anywhere, I would like to move and need to decide in couple of days.
Would you like to recommend one for me?
My target market is in USA.

Bluehost normally has very good customer service, and if your site is too slow because the server is too busy, they're willing to move you to a less-busy server so your site performance is better.

Nevertheless, there are other recommended hosting services here:

Did anything come of this problem. I am trying to install on Network Solutions' server. Not necessarily need SSL on the shopping cart's page since they are directed to a secure page after adding to the cart.

I am a total novice at the shopping cart thing and appreciate any help.
