Shipping fee charged only one time

I added attributes to each product for charging the shipping fee.

Like this:

Radio Option:

shipping to somewhere cost: $xxx
shipping to somewhere cost: $xxx

But the weight of product is very light, so if costumer order more than one product, i can to shipping the whole products in one package. That means costumer only have to charge one time for shipping fee. How to do this?

two methods:

1. if customer has a shipping free product in cart, then don't display the attribute for the rest products...
   this means you only need to deal with attributes files in product_info page

2. if customer has a shipping free product in cart, then no matter if the shipping free attribute is selected for the others, just get the order as shipping free...however, customer will be confused by this...

I don't know if there's any other product that is not shipping free...if it's mixed together, than this problem become complex...

Thanks for your help. I successfuly work this out. I downloaded the plugin - Table Rate, it works well for me. Now matter how many products, it only add one time shipping fee.
