Need Help with CC PLease

I just got my cc order. i got an email with the number telling me to email-
Please direct this email to the Accounting department so that it may be
filed along with the online order it relates to:

Order: 1

Middle Digits: 10871030

But I'm unsure how to go about directing it to the Accounting department ?

The middle numbers go with the order that you will see in your orders page on your admin control panel. You then put the numbers together and process it via which ever POS system you're signed up with such as paypal virtual terminal..etc..
