Error with google checkout ...(memory allocation)

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6144 bytes) in C:\wamp\www\pakistanbuy\includes\modules\shipping\zones.php on line 118

Why would this happend? Any ideas...
