ok i think i know what you meant above....

I think u were refering to line 87

so i added:

$display_products_button = $display_products_button . $my_more_info;

But that still doesnt show anything

I am also trying to style the buttons for the category lsiting products so that the buy now and more info buttons are next to each other on the same line but i also dont want the more info button to go to the right when the product has attributes.... If you have a look at the pic attached you will see what it looks like now. I have found the div for the buy now button but cant seem to see one for more info in ff web developer

Ajeh, I have checked my code with the one you displayed above and it looks exactly the same.... Im still not getting any buttons on the new products homepage :(

Any ideas why this isnt working?

Because you said you wanted buttons on the New Listing ... and you appear to be looking at the New Products centerbox ... :blink:

Where do you want the button? When you click the New Products link in the Categories sidebox or when you are looking at the New Products for the Month centerbox?

Hey Ajeh, Sorry if i confused you with the actual page i wanted to customise!

Yeah as i said above its the actual new products for "month" on the homepage that i want to add a buy now/more info button (i use to have them there but they disappeared.

Also im just looking at the new products page on my web site and when i go into it i get the following error:

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'limit 0, 10' at line 1
in:

Any way one problem at a time i would like to fix the original issue that we have been discussing first....

On the New Product Listing ... you have a Maximum Value set to 0 ... go to the Configuration ... Maximum Values ...

New Products Listing- Number Per Page
Number of new products listed per page

Be a bit before I hunt up the code for the New Products of the month centerbox ... note, you just have to alter the code to match where you are for the info ... :smile:

Thanks Ajeh, That has fixed my new products and added a details button (more info)

Now is there any way i can make the buttons always stay on the same line no matter how long the product heading.....

Atm when i product title is 3 lines and another 2 lines the button are on different heights and it doesnt look right....
