No address passed or available with paypal IPN checkout

Whe using the paypal IPN checkout module, users are directed to the paypal site, they log in, and there is not address displayed. There is no way to change the address. Then when they have paid paypal has not recorded any shipping address for them. This started about noon today (CST) and we thought it was a fluke, but it still happening. I tried removeing the PDT token, puting it back, reinstalling the module, checked my profile settings on paypal, disableing FEC, and I got nowhere. Another site I have running 1.3.7 isn't doing this, so I don't thinks its paypal. Any one have any ideas?

Ok, my 1.3.7 site DOES have the same problem if I switch it from papal express to paypall IPN. So mabey it is just paypal. Is anyone else experianceing the same issue?

I tried a clean install of 1.3.8a on my dev site with the same result. so did paypal change something or did zencart change something about how paypal returns info (I had been running 1.2.7), and is anyone working on this?

I have checked and double checked everything I can think of here. I'm out of ideas. Please, if I'm asking a stupid question feel free to tell me so, but please tell me what post I've missed. I've been reading every post with the word paypal in it for days now. Is this related to not sending line item recipts in paypal anymore? Please help!

I just setup my zen cart and noticed no address being sent to PayPal with PayPal IPN.

I found this post and it helped me in getting the shipping addres to now show in PayPal.

I had to edit the /includes/modules/payment/paypal.php file the way that DrByte suggest on the above post.
