removing footer image / changing footer image

with regards to adding mp3 clips can i just input some html to the product description area? i know thats possible in oscommerce but not sure what the correct procedure is in ZC

Sure you can have clips right in the description.

ok, i got the shop to work. but now the actual downloads will not download at all. it takes the money from my account but i dont see any download
files for me to actually download

that is all that comes when i finish paying. i dont get any downloads coming to me. i dont get any 'your order number is' information at all. i get redirected back from paypal which is good. but i dont get the donwloads at all. why is this? what else do i need to do in order for the downloads to start working?

any help on this please?
