White 1px border around additionalImages

Hi,

I'd like to know if it was possible to add a white border to every additional product image. Some of the additionalImages I have are focused horizontally and also vertically. For example: Horizontal ( 200x100 ) Vertical ( 100x200 ).

I have tried adding a border-style to the CSS corresponding to the additionalImages ID but it only adds a border around the field, and not the picture.

Is my request possible?

Thanks!

What if this isn't possible due to image distortion? Are there any possible solutions?
