Add to cart without pricing

Hi,
Please excuse any breaches of etiquette as I am new. So.. I am looking to set up an online catalog. I want my customers to be able to add items to their cart and email me the order without any pricing. Our customers generally have the pricing or know what roughly what it is. They just want to create orders and be able to email them to us outside of normal business hours. Also is it easier to click and add than to type out partnumbers. Is there a mod out there or can someone make this happen for us??

Honestly - Zen Cart is probably more program than you need - a simple form with columns for quantity, part number/model number and contact information would probably be a better way to go.

Yea you are probably right, but this will look more professional I think. It will also be easier for my salesman to update items. I'm not sure I could do all the forms properly and have send a composite order anyway. I have been looking around for a program to do this, not a lot of success. If I can get Zen to do this I'd be pretty happy.
