1.3.7.1 to 1.3.8a issues

i have tried several time with out luck. the database gets upgraded but never the cart files. admin cart shows database 1.3.8 and cart 1.3.7.

What am i missing?

Whats missing is that you have to ftp the files up to the server over writing the current files.....of course if you have mods installed you are going to want merge files first......the installer just upgrades the database.....
