UPS origin Canada ?

When the COUNTRY OF ORIGIN is set to Canada, the UPS shipping module returns:

We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

When i change it to United States, it works fine. Is there a solution/work-around for this ?

so far I have found out that UPS is returning the following error code:

UPSOnLine5%Unsupported country specified%6920

So now the question is, IS Canada supported as a country of origin ?

You need UPS XML to ship from outside the US ...

Where can I get the above mentioned UPS XML? Can't see it in ZenCart's download section.
