can't change logo

I reamed my logo banner.jpg and changed the reference in the welcome e-mail to that. It now works, but it also means in all of the e-mails where I want this logo to show up, I'll need to change all logo.jpg to header.jpg.I've get the same issue periodically, and this is what I've ALWAYS done to work around it.. I can't get the the logo in the e-mails right until I re-name the header.jpg something else, and then update all the e-mail HTML files to reference the new file name.. Weird...
