Disclaimer's email change

I am trying to have the email in the disclaimer to point to "Contact Us" page. I have the following in the email_extras.php:

define('EMAIL_DISCLAIMER', 'This email address was given to us by you or by one of our customers. If you feel that you have received this email in error, please send an email to <strong>' . STORE_NAME . '</strong> <a href="' . zen_href_link(FILENAME_CONTACT_US) . '">Webmaster</a>.');
```However on the email it comes liket his (on my laptop for now):

I should have mentioned that it works on "create new account emails":

Did you end up getting it to work?

I am looking at removing the us-can spam disclamer from the emails sent out but its not working anyone able to assist?

I used my text editor to search my local copy of Zen Cart and found three files where that information is defined. Or you can search using the facility in admin if your text editor is not multi-file-search capable.

The files are ...
admin/includes/languages/english/email_extras.php
includes/languages/english/email_extras.php
includes/languages/english/create_account.php

Edit as you wish.

EMAIL_DISCLAIMER

I've tried everything to remove this. I've worked on the email_extras.php
Both inside these folders

admin\includes\languages\english
and
includes\languages\english

Also, I found some email template files. I completed removed the EMAIL_DISCLAIMER from those templates.

But it still keep showing up.

Any other ideas?

Here is how it is displayed at the bottom of the order email. (BTW, I submitted an order with Money Order as payment option) Not sure if that makes a difference.

The key is not to "remove" the line that defines it, but to define it to something else. Don't make it entirely blank though, or you'll end up with some other errors.
