Changing page heading in side box

I want Privacy Notice to be Privacy Policy in the sidebox under 'Information'

I thought it had something to do with the includes/languages/english files (both) but they both read Privacy Policy...

how do I change it?

Do you have an override english.php in the includes/languages/CUSTOM folder with a copy of english.php that may be slightly different that the default includes/languages/english.php? This has happened to me before, that is the only reason I ask.
