I Can't change shopping cart text

Whan you click an item and it takes you to the shopping cart I have text which says this -

You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)

When I go there and change that text it makes no difference and the above still appears.

How do I change it??

What you should be doing is copying shopping_cart.php from includes/languages/english/ into includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/ and editing it there.

First try refreshing your browser. Sometimes the browser cache holds on to stuff even after it changed.

How did you change the text?

Edit: I just tried it on your site and still see the default text, so it's not a browser cache issue.

After you edit the text, you need to hit the "save" button under the text box. That's easy to forget. Did you do that?
