How do i cant change my Time Zone location

Please tell me how to make my time zone be +8 (lived in indonesia +8)..please help he

I assume that you are talking about the time zone display in the admin interface.

A quick search on Google for "zencart time zone" yields this additional module:

in the Zen Cart downloads section.
I have not tested it, but it sounds like what you need.
