BLANK PAGE when customer goes to Check Out

Hi All,

Everything with my cart seemed to be working great. Launched it 2 days ago on Jan 2nd 2008 and received a few orders.

Today customer calls me after creating an account saying that when she hit the "Check Out" button all she gets is a blank white page. I have confirmed that from 2 separate locations as well.

here is the site: http://www.gentlecare.us

Any help would sure be appreciated.

I don't know what could be the problem.

Re: BLANK PAGE when customer goes to Check Out

Let me be clear on something. The customer can create an account and log in. It is after they are logged in and then hit the check out button that they get a blank page.

cart/index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping This is the path but the file seems to be fine. I have even copied and replaced the file from a Demo version and a functioning cart and still have the problem.

Thanks for you help...PLease>>>

Re: BLANK PAGE when customer goes to Check Out

What version of Zen Cart?
Are your products shippable?
What shipping modules do you have enabled?
What payment modules are enabled?
What order-total modules are enabled?

Re: BLANK PAGE when customer goes to Check Out

I received orders yesterday just fine. For some reason trouble started today.

Current Version of Zen YES .8
Shipping Module is FLAT RATE Only
Payment Authorize AIM with My Own Dedicated SSL
Order Totals - All but COD

The rest of the site works fine until you log in and try to check out. It has happened for my customer, me and a buddy of mine at another location. HMMMM!!!

Should I just start over again???

Should I just start over again???No. That would be overkill.

If it was working earlier, but then stopped, you need to find out what's changed.

Re: BLANK PAGE when customer goes to Check Out

Found the problem. Only after I installed a new cart under a different directory and them loaded the template etc etc. No biggy, only took an hour and a half or so. Figures it was the very last change to be made with the cart.

I had changed the includes/classes/order.php file so that my order emails would come from the customer instead of my store. I must not have copied the code properly from the forum.

Anyhoo, it is fixed now and I have 2 working carts just in case one goes down I can point everything to the other one.

I had that problem and the secure certificate was not set up correctly. Check your settings there.
