Automatic upload of Easy Populate data?

Ok everybody! AutomaticInventory.net is up and running so that you can automate the conversion of your distributor data to customized easypopulate data and FTP delivery for your website.

I am working on addons for Zen-cart for easypopulate automation as well. Once those are done, you can have updated inventory sent to your store in the proper format from AutomaticInventory.net and then use the zen-cart addon to apply the data if you choose.

I hope someone here can point me in the right direction.

I just got a new client, they use bangalla.com for drop shipments. It runs Zen Cart 1.3.9 and Easy Populate 1.2.5.4. The site is completely out of date with drop shipper.

So he came to me with hopes I can update it for him, but I'm new to Zen Cart and to Easy Populate. Looks like the file format that's required is different than what drop shipper provides as CSV and Excel. They provide 2 files, a master file and a Weekly Stock Report.

Any help on getting it into the right format and advice on how to keep it current? I'm not sure what the proper work flow is here.
