Strange error with downloads configuration

I hav error setting up my downloads correct. Whatever number i put in the maximum download box all that is displayed when you have purchused a product is --- *** --- under the Remaining line.

Also i can not use the redirect so i use the stream. It looks the same either way, but on redirect i get a server error.

Are you on a windows or unix server?

What size is your Download?

Does your Download filename have any spaces or special characters etc. in it?

Is your Download file Zipped?

Do you have Redirect ON or OFF in the Attribute Settings?

You have settings for Maximum Days and Maximum Downloads ... what are you using for both of these settings?

Is your Download Attribute made from a dropdown or radiobuttons?

You don't have a Maximum days so there is no expiration ... so you see the ---***--- on the download ...

I understand. I thought that you could do so, that you got 3 downloads, but you had infinite time before you had to download them.

That is actually something that we are batting about ...

There does need to be that additional option for Unlimited Days but the restraint of limited downloads ...

I have to check in v1.3.8a where we are on it as I have not looked at that for sometime ...

But we are aware that a little more flexibility is desired on the Downloads ...
