Help with Newsletter-only mod - added "subscribe" to page title

I've installed the mod and it's working perfectly. however, it's added the word "subscribe" to my site title and at the top of the main content area. How do I get rid of that?! (see site here: http://www.littleturtleknits.com/zencart/ )
