individual shipping prices per item

Is it possible to add a freight sub-total field, so that the buyers can just add in the freight manually? In Australia, the postage is quite different depending on where you live. We would also like to ship overseas, which can be much more expensive. So it would be handy to have a list of rates depending on where people live, and to get overseas buyers to ask for a quote. Then, they can just type in the rate that applies to them.

I have tried to find out how to do this, but there just doesn't seem to be an option. :blink: This is driving me nuts!

There is an AusPost module in the Contribs - wouldn't that be a lot less hassle for your customers?
