Sidebox Help - "Request box"
Hello.
I am fairly new to this still and have just pieced together the modules I found on this site to build a website. However, now I cannot find a piece to do what I need. I thought someone here may be able to help out.
The website features different scents of products. I need a sidebox that is always up that allows the member or guest to type the name of a scent we do not carry to request a scent. This could be just a simple text box that when you hit request it sends an e-mail to my address or more complex like a poll will several choices and the option to add an "other" and type it in. It would be prefered to have all the data compiled somewhere and able to be viewed when I need to but simple e-mails of each one would suffice as well. If it goes through a simple e-mail it would be preferred to not have the ability to submit more than 1 a day to prevent spam.
